Manipura Ayurveda wishes that our customers never cancel or return products. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step, we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped.
If the order has been sent, you cannot cancel it online. For assistance please contact our customer care at +919073477111. The order cannot be canceled after it has been delivered to you.
Can I partially cancel an order?
No, that’s not possible. But if your order is not sent then you have to cancel the whole order and place a new order.
Can I partially refund an order purchased on offer?
Hygiene concerns do not apply to our department.
Can I keep only some products during delivery and refund the rest?
No, it is not permitted under company rules.
What is the procedure for returning faulty/damaged products?
We only replace faulty products and defective or damaged products. To do this you need to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, you need to call / WhatsApp us at the customer care number + 91 9836257171.
Report within 24 hours of receiving the order. You must return the items to us by courier. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you the correct products according to your initial order.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
What else should I know when returning the product?
You must return the product in the condition in which it was received, including the intact product packaging, label, and barcode. Once the return shipment is received and verified by us, we will be able to process the return.
How long does it take to process the refund?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process full refund within 48 hours.
After shipment or in case of return cancellation, we process the return after receiving and inspecting the return. We will also notify you about the approval or denial of your refund. Once refund is approved, shipping (if applicable) and payment charge (2% of billing amount) will be refunded.
Refunds will begin within a week after approval. A credit will be automatically applied to your debit card or basic payment method, within 5-7 working days as per bank rules.
What to do in case of late or missing refund (if applicable)?
If you have not yet received your refund, check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before posting a return.
