The products of manipura ayurveda are highly effective. I have used the hair roll on and hair growth oil, both of them immensely increased the volume of my hair. I have also used sleep roll on and other essential oils whose smell have a calming effect on mind and soothes you.

I have done honours in horticulture and so i am eligible to judge an essential oil. After trying many brands I came across manipura ayurveda & believe me the oil are just not only pure but even cold pressed. I give it to patients for therapeutic uses and results are very sucessful. Proprietress Subashree ji is a young, honest, dedicated & a very helpful lady. She is a kind of person which are rare in India. Very reliable and professional.

'DEEP SLEEP' Amazing product... I have tried so many products for sleep, nothing worked till I ordered this product. It does not affect my next day working. I am getting up refreshed. More importantly I am sleeping like a baby after taking this product.Superb product from the house of Manipura Ayurveda, who own cureveda. I was on prescription medication and melatonin even then I had issues with falling asleep and getting quality sleep. After applying this product for about five days I reduced drastically allopathic sleep medications without suffering any withdrawal symptoms. The quality of sleep has also increased .I strongly recommended this product to people having sleep related issues. Really great experience here! Such a beautiful family with strong knowledge and education around Ayurveda.i give this product five star 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Pinky Jain

Additional information

More Info

● Skin Sensitivity: White Tea essential oil is gentle and safe for most skin types. Always dilute with a carrier oil when applying topically, particularly for sensitive skin.
● Storage: To preserve the quality of the oil, store it in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight.
● Sustainability: As with many essential oils, it's important to ensure White Tea essential oil is sourced sustainably, particularly in regions where the Camellia sinensis plant is grown.
Historical Importance:
White Tea has a long history of use in Chinese culture. It was first consumed during the Tang Dynasty (618–907 AD), where it was considered a luxury product and was often reserved for the aristocracy and the imperial court. The delicate process of harvesting and minimally processing the leaves made White Tea a prized commodity. Over time, the plant and its products gained popularity in various parts of Asia and eventually worldwide.
While the historical focus on White Tea has been primarily related to its consumption, the oil has also been used for its therapeutic benefits. In traditional Chinese medicine, White Tea has been recognized for its ability to cleanse the body, improve circulation, and support overall wellness.
Religious Importance:
White Tea is not directly tied to religious rituals or practices, but in many Asian cultures, tea has spiritual significance. Tea ceremonies, particularly in China and Japan, emphasize mindfulness, tranquility, and the appreciation of the present moment. While White Tea is often associated with luxury and spiritual mindfulness, it is more frequently seen as a tool for promoting calm and clarity rather than a religious offering.
Cultivation:
White Tea is grown primarily in China, particularly in the Fujian province, where the unique climate and altitude provide ideal growing conditions. The leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant are carefully handpicked, and only the youngest, most tender leaves and buds are selected. After harvesting, the leaves are minimally processed to prevent oxidation, preserving their delicate flavor and beneficial compounds. This careful cultivation and minimal processing make White Tea one of the most prized and expensive teas available.
White Tea is also grown in other regions, such as India, Sri Lanka, and Taiwan, though its production remains less extensive compared to green and black teas.
Healing Modalities (Including Alternative Healing Like Pranic and Reiki):
● Pranic Healing: White Tea essential oil is often used in Pranic Healing to enhance emotional balance, mental clarity, and overall energy flow. Its calming properties support healing in both the emotional and mental bodies, clearing blockages and promoting peace.
● Reiki: In Reiki, White Tea essential oil can be used to enhance relaxation during healing sessions. It helps clear the mind, bring clarity, and promote mental and emotional calm, making it ideal for stress relief and spiritual healing.
● Aromatherapy: White Tea is commonly used in aromatherapy to reduce stress, increase focus, and support relaxation. Its refreshing, light fragrance is perfect for promoting mindfulness and concentration, particularly during meditation.
Research and Studies:
Research on White Tea essential oil is relatively limited compared to studies on White Tea itself. However, studies on the antioxidants found in White Tea have shown significant benefits in reducing oxidative stress, improving skin health, and supporting cardiovascular health. The essential oil is thought to share many of these properties, particularly its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.
A study published in the "Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry" found that White Tea contains polyphenols that help protect skin cells from UV damage, making it beneficial for anti-aging skincare. Its calming effects are also supported by studies on its potential to reduce cortisol levels and manage stress.
Ancient and Traditional Indian References:
In India, the focus on tea has primarily been on black and green varieties, but White Tea is recognized for its cooling, calming effects in Ayurvedic practices. Though not native to India, White Tea has been embraced for its delicate flavor and therapeutic qualities, particularly for detoxification and mental clarity.
In Ayurvedic traditions, White Tea is believed to balance the body's doshas and support overall wellness. Its cooling nature is often used to pacify excess Pitta, helping to reduce irritability and stress. The gentle, calming properties of the tea and its essential oil have made it a valuable addition to traditional Indian wellness practices.
